Telecom technology

We select components to suit your architecture and requirements. Work with open technologies, documented APIs and your existing systems.

Architecture

Telecom service architecture

Telephony, video meetings and AI connect to shared usage metering and billing.

Video and AI

Video service stack

LiveKit · WebRTC · SIP

Video platform

Video rooms, screen sharing and telephone participants. Self-hosted or LiveKit Cloud, with recording and streaming through Egress. We connect digital avatars to AI agents through LiveKit Agents and the selected provider’s API.

STT · LLM · Webex API

Meeting processing

Integrate speech recognition, summaries and tasks. For an existing Webex deployment, use transcript and summary APIs with AI Assistant enabled.

PostgreSQL 18 · NATS JetStream

Metering and billing

Participant and AI usage events, deduplication and provider reconciliation. Rates and invoices in your billing system or ERP.

Upgrades

Phased upgrades

Our plan for 2027 is an upgrade policy, not a promise of releases that do not exist yet.

  1. System audit

Asterisk version, trunks, call flows, integrations and tariffs. Current services keep running while the new layer is piloted.

  2. Scenario testing

Call quality, transfers, tenant isolation, message delivery, billing reconciliation and recovery under realistic load.

  3. Release and rollback

Patches are applied regularly; major upgrades and data migrations go in stages with a rollback plan.
